Chelsey is a former graduate of Shenendehowa high school, during her time there she attended BOCES for Cosmetology where she earned her license and immediately fell in love with hairstyling. After high school she knew she wanted to further her education so she attended, and graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Schenectady, NY.
After school had come to an end Chelsey landed an assistant job with a precious Redken platform artist, which then eventually led her to becoming a full time stylist. After 4 wonderful years of learning the in and out's from other stylist and salon's on what products to use, she decided to take the best of the best and began to mix her own products and colors to give all of her clients a unique and one of a kind look.
Chelsey has been in the industry for over 8 years and in this time has become a Pravana master stylist who specializes in blonding, balayage and corrective coloring. Out of all the trends and styling she has learned her favorite is Vivids. She continues her education through training and classes throughout the capital region, Boston, NYC, and even Vegas.
Whether it's your first time or hundreth time in her chair, you can always find her helping each of her client's on how to style their hair along with giving the best product recommendations to keep her client's hair in the best condition.

Valerie Is a Master Makeup Artist, and Licensed Cosmetologist. After four years of attending Siena College, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a focus in Makeup and Wig Design, and a minor in Writing and Communications. She did a lot of theatrical makeup/hair work while attending Siena, and even got nominated to present her Senior Capstone Project, (The Makeup and Wig design for the show, The Drowsy Chaperone) at The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Like many other college graduates, Valerie didn’t exactly know what the next step was, so, after much contemplation, she decided to move to NYC to pursue her dream of becoming a makeup artist. She began school at The Makeup Designory (MUD) in Manhattan. This is where she flourished and really honed in on her makeup skills.
After graduating with her Master Makeup Certificate she moved back upstate and began school at Paul Mitchell The School- Schenectady where she learned the art of hair coloring, haircutting, and everything in between. This is where she learned to love the hair industry, and ultimately what brought her to us at LC Beauty Co. Heather white is a self taught artist who started out freelancing at the age of 17. Her passion for makeup all started when she would see the transformations and the artistry that went into an application. She would save up all her babysitting money just to be able to buy a new piece of high-end makeup when she went to the mall. Being very quiet and shy growing up, playing with cosmetics was the one way she truly felt she could express herself.
Heather has worked professionally under well known cosmetic brands since 2011 when she started with Benefit cosmetics. Since then she has been the lead artist for the American heart association 6 years in a row, traveled all across the US with Loreal for national event, and works closely with photographers and some of her work has been published in magazines.
Heather's main focus is to make her client feel the most beautiful they can be when they are in her chair. Her focus is bridal, glam, fashion, and everyday wear to full blown special effects! She has worked in a wide range of artistry and is ready to bring her talents to the next level.

Kennedy is a licensed cosmetologist who was born and raised in Mechanicville, New York. She has had a passion for everything hair, for as long as she can remember. When Kennedy was a child, you could find her spending all of her time practicing hair on every single one of her dolls she could get her hands on.
As the year’s went on Kennedy knew she wanted to take her passion more seriously and turn it into a fulfilling career. This is what brought her to attended Paul Mitchell the School in Schenectady New York, immediately after graduating high school. It was there, she then earned her cosmetology license.
Kennedy’s upbeat and positive personality, and proficiency in Bridal updos
is what landed her one of the hairstylist position’s at The Lounge before even graduating hair school. Kennedy is most inspired and motivated by the new level of confidence that people gain after even the slightest change in their hair. She falls in love with her craft more and more every day, and is excited to bring all of your hair visions to life.
